BACKGROUND: A California real estate broker and Florida
attorney, Judy has 30 years experience in specialty finance
and equity investments. She is a real estate developer with
$80m of developments in the Florida Panhandle and a $50m development
near Houston, Texas. Her former real estate specialty finance
company was among America's top producers for 10 years in
the $40 billion cash flow marketplace, and won industry leader
awards for both production and service. Judy has authored
a book on transacting cash flows, "Broker Basics",
and was a long-time monthly financial columnist for "Wealth
Builder". Judy has been a University of Florida Business
Law Instructor, and taught thousands on Cash Flows. With stints
in Eastern Europe and the Middle East on behalf of an international
conglomerate, and as a film, television and award winning
theater producer in Los Angeles along the way, Judy has viewed
the world from many perspectives.
