The homes of Harris Business utilize state of the art manufacturing technology in our construction. Entire components of each home are engineered in a manufacturing plant, shipped to Harris Business and assembled into single family homes and town homes buildings on-site.

The manufacturing facilities used by Harris Business all are climate controlled, well lit environment that utilizes steel jigs, laser alignment tools and quality-controlled processes at each stage of manufacturing.
Each home begins with the poured in place reinforced concrete foundation. The factory engineered components of each home are delivered, set onto the foundation usually with the aid of a crane and are permanently welded together.
