Become a Member of Bay Area Wealth Builders

BAWB’s membership consists of people from all walks of life. Some are full-time investors, while others are part-time investors with full-time jobs. Other members are beginning investors, seeking the knowledge that will enable them to make their first investment or acquire their first home or property. One common bond among our members is a desire to grow in knowledge and experience, and a willingness to share their experiences with others.

Held on the 2nd Friday of each month as a BRUNCH meeting from 10:00 Am to Approx. 11:30 AM

On the 2nd Friday of each month throughout the year BAWB members can Pre-register to attend a secondary “members only” small group advance meeting. The focus is; getting to know one another better, discussing various investing strategies, brainstorming problems, and potential business opportunities.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OPPORTUNITIES / TRANSACTIONS TO DISCUSS and share with the group if at all possible. If you have a property to present or discuss, there is a special “Marketing Package Form” that can be obtained by clicking here.

Please print this form out on LEGAL size paper, fill it out as best as you can, and bring copies to the meeting.

Requirements: Your must be a registered BAWB member in order to attend the Members only meeting.

Membership Dues

As of January 2024- The first year’s annual NEW membership dues are $270.00 for an individual and $400.00 for a couple. Couples may be spouses or a parent and child. A $30.00 discount off the annual dues is provided to all RENEWING members.

If you are not sure you want to join immediately, you can attend one of our LIVE meetings as a guest for only $20.00 per person as we restart our LIVE IN PERSON EVENTS (however these programs fees will > Increase again to $35.00 per attendee in the future) For Non members these per meeting program fees helps us offset the cost of the equipment and meeting room rental / venue. Should you decide to join the evening of the Meeting at the event you initially visited with us while attending as a guest, you will receive your $20.00 (or $35.00) guest program fee that you paid Credited toward your NEW annual membership fee. Please Note: you MUST join that evening- NO EXCEPTIONS.
